Rates
One flat rate of A$7.95 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over A$99. We do not ship outside Australia.
How long it takes
Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days from the day you order. That window covers both the time it takes us to pack and dispatch and the time in transit.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start counting from the next business day.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You get the tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, not when it is created, so the link works the moment you receive it.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for more than seven business days, email contact@cordelles.com with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is genuinely lost we replace it or refund you.
We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, so please check your address at checkout.
