Is the leather real?
No. The range is vegan leather and woven textile. There is no animal hide anywhere in the collection.
How do I know it is the right size?
Every product page lists the exact measurements in centimetres. The easiest check is to measure a bag you already own and compare the numbers.
How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Store it stuffed with tissue or a soft cloth so the shape holds.
Ordering
Can I change the colour after ordering?
If it has not shipped yet, email contact@cordelles.com and we will change it. After that, use the 30-day return.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the order is fulfilled. Email us with your order number.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods shown at checkout are the ones available to you. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and never reach us.

What does shipping cost?
A flat A$7.95 anywhere in Australia, free over A$99.
How long does it take?
7 to 15 business days, tracked the whole way.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. Australia only.
Returns
What is the return window?
Thirty days from delivery, for an unused item in its original condition.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one. Email contact@cordelles.com and we will send you the return address.
When do I get my money back?
Within five business days of the return arriving, back to the method you paid with.
